The Netgear FA311 is Netgear's "home product" PCI ethernet adapter. The Netgear FA312 is Netgear's "professional" PCI ethernet adapter that also has Wake-on-LAN. They are both using the National Semiconductor (natsemi) driver which is in the Linux kernel:
